"Imagination is more important than knowledge."
-- Albert Einstein
I hope that everyone has been well during this new year. A lot has happened in my life that I am so thankful for in my day to day life.
I am still very much active on this website and I have multiple projects on the side. I am also working full time as a nurse and juggling school to further advance in my career. It has been some time since I picked up a paint brush and pen, but I was able to get back into the best stress relief that I know I have: Creativity.
I hope you all are living happy, healthy lives and are doing what you love right this very moment.
A Life Coach I spoke to recently had opened my mind to a couple easy tips we can all do at the beginning of our day that can improve our outlook and endorphins.
1. At the start of your day, say or write 3 things that you are grateful for in the last 24 hours. Do this every day with no repeats. Also, you can pick someone to do this with every day... seriously, it doesn't take long!
-- I'll share with you mine: I am grateful for this beautiful weather in Florida, I am grateful for my puppy snuggles, and I am grateful to have made in difference in someone's life in the past 24 hours.
2. Take risks. Tell yourself, "If I had no fear, what would I do?" and run to it, not from it.
3. Always dream! Talk about it, live it, get excited about your dream like it has already happened and it WILL happen.
4. When you feel good, good things happen.
5. Lastly, never say, "I can't"... say "I could" because can't never could and words always matter.
Have a wonderful day and be safe!
